After all the little kids went home we turned the slide to go into the pool!

Boy oh boy did they have a ball!!! Its the contrast between Zanders and Guys face that cracks me up!!

Mel arrived all dressed up. Zander was just climbing out the pool when Mel said Hi and he got such a fright he fell back in!!

Nana got it in her head to do a strip show for Erics birthday!

Don't panic this is as far as they both went! All they did was dance around and take off their capes.

Baker Man

Every friday one of the kids in Zanders class gets to be Baker man. Zander has not been baker man yet so I thought I had a bit of making up to do.

Each kid got a kit box like this.

The kids had a ball! The cakes caused soooooo much excitement through out the school!

Zander insisted I gave him black icing!!!

A Dream Come True

Paige and I were lucky enough to find a little time in their whirl wind visit for me to show he how to sculpt with icing!

It really was a very precious and treasured time! Paige is a fantastic student!

Precious Moments

One of Zanders favorite outing is to the beach to play in the surf which is always more fun with company. So one afternoon Zander, Arran, Isis and myself headed down to Houtbay for a quick romp on the beach before dinner with Guy and Lianne. This was Isis's first real trip to the beach and she got quite a shock when she hit the water!!

The boys had an awesome time playing in the freezing surf!!!!

Even after Arran had turned blue Zander was not giving up!

The Pirate and the Princesses

Zander's first dress up party!

Every girls has a princess in them and every boy a pirate!

This dress drove the girls wild! It originally belonged to Vera Lawrence. When I was the same age as the girls Marilyn altered it from a halter neck into what it is today for me to wear to a Lawrence party!

I really love having the girls as a part of my life!
